Welcome to vobit.ai (“Vobit”, “we”, “us”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our call analysis and quality intelligence platform (the “Service”). By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Vobit ingests recorded phone calls (and associated metadata) that you upload to the platform, transcribes them, applies redaction, runs AI-powered analysis against your configured buyer playbooks, and surfaces dispositions, failure reasons, and compliance flags. The Service is intended for legitimate call quality assurance and dispute management in the pay-per-call industry.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the company you represent.
- Accounts are created on a manual-approval basis. You may not share credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Your Data & Recordings
You retain all ownership of the recordings, transcripts, and metadata you upload (“Customer Data”). By uploading Customer Data you grant Vobit a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
- You warrant that you have all consents and rights required by applicable law (including all federal, state, and international call-recording, wiretap, and privacy laws) to upload and have Vobit process the recordings.
- Caller identifiers (e.g. phone numbers) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Transcripts are PII-redacted (names, payment card numbers, SSNs, etc.) before being stored or shown.
- Tenants are strictly isolated. Vobit will not surface another customer's data to you, and your data is never used to train any third-party model.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload recordings of calls you were not legally entitled to record;
- Use the Service to surveil, harass, or discriminate against any individual;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract Vobit's underlying models, prompts, or playbooks belonging to other tenants;
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written agreement;
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Fees & Billing
Vobit is offered on a per-call usage model. Indicative pricing is shown on the homepage; final pricing is agreed in your order form. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may adjust pricing on 30 days' written notice.
6. AI Output
Dispositions, failure reasons, compliance flags, and other AI-generated outputs are indicative analyses based on the audio you provide and the playbooks you configure. They are designed to materially reduce — but not eliminate — the need for human review on edge cases. You are responsible for final billing, dispute, and compliance decisions.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party infrastructure outages can affect processing time.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination we will delete your Customer Data within 30 days, except as required for legal recordkeeping.
9. Disclaimers & Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOBIT'S TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE FEES PAID BY YOU TO VOBIT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, for active accounts, communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
